Hearing Screening Programme NFDHH

Hillcrest High School will be participating in the Hearing Screening Programme for Year 9 students in 2024. This is part of the National Foundation for Deaf & Hard of Hearing (NFDHH) Listen Up Programme.

This letter is to advise you that on 17-19 June the NFDHH will be testing the hearing of our Year 9 students. Please find attached information from the National Foundation for Deaf & Hard of Hearing related to this programme. The consent form can be completed online at the following link:

In addition, prior to the testing being undertaken the NFDHH will seek consent from your child before undertaking the hearing test on the day.
