Autumn Gala
April 3, 2024
Autumn Gala, 2024’s hottest carnival was at HHS on Monday, 25th March. It was a blast and seeing the huge number of people coming and enjoying the event has brought us confidence for our future cultural events.
The autumn gala was a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our cultural council. Months of planning and preparation led to an evening of spectacular performances, exciting games, and delicious food.
From captivating performances by our students who showcased traditional dances to soul-stirring singings, each performance transported our audiences to different corners of the globe, celebrating the diversity of cultures that make up Hillcrest High. For the first time ever in our school, the Indian festival of Holi was also celebrated. We are proud to say that it was a huge success and the Holi colours were as vibrant as the cultural diversity of our community.
We hope you enjoyed your time with us at the Autumn Gala and we look forward to having you all for a term 2 packed with cultural events including the Culture Day and International Concert. Please continue to support our events and participate. Remember, do it for the culture!
