WSS Rock Climbing Champs 2024

Hillcrest had 12 students competing at the Extreme Edge on Wednesday 26th June.

Team 1:

Oliver Hills, Liam Gwilliam, Saha Melman, Claire Gwilliam, Emma Hills and Tayyibah Cajee (Team Captain) were the winners of the Mixed Team trophy and came 3rd overall.

Sasha was top of the Junior Girls rankings and Tayyibah was 3rd.

Liam and Oliver came 2nd and 4th in the Senior Boys rankings.

Team 2:

Zaynab Cajee, Jackson Carr-Neil , Jeffrey Li, Sophie Armstrong, Luci Seeney and Abby Hannah.

Most of this team are inexperienced Climbers but gave everything a go and can be proud of how they represented the School.
