Last week the Matariki Pou that the PAC designed and created were blessed by Whaea Erica.
Whaea Erica selected the following karakia for the blessing:

We were very fortunate to have Erica join us and share her idea of creating the PAC pou. We enjoyed her mahi and aroha. We loved having other Hillcrest High School staff join us, our Music and Drama specialists Ms Binks and Mr Baker joined us as did Specialist Teacher Margie Bardsley and Deputy Principal Amber Ganley. After the blessing we shared some kai.
