Outstanding Cricket Achievement

Our boys First XI had an amazing game on Saturday against Rototuna High School which included two centuries being scored.

Our boys scored 487 runs in their 50 overs with number 3 batsman Gurkirat Gandham scoring a magnificent 103 of just 71 balls. However, he was outshone by opening batsman Finn Roche who went even better in scoring an incredible 172 off just 119 balls. Jonathan Shepherd also chipped in with 84 off 59 balls. Year 9 student Aleem Paracha then took 3 wickets in restricting Rototuna to 140, a winning margin of an unbelievable 347 runs! The team sits at the top of the table after two rounds.
