We’ve had a great time during library week. Activities have included how many bookworms are in the jar, making badges and finding shiny tickets (Willy Wonka style) hidden around the school.
We even found some time to do quiet reading!
The ILC have done library word searches and the PAC all took part in a sounds quiz.
Dress up day for staff and year 13 students was great fun with Ms. Hay taking the best dressed prize as Tree Beard from Lord of the Rings. There were lots of other fabulously dressed teachers too.
The students who dressed up looked fantastic, the library team judged Gangsta Granny (aka Olivia Mills 13GV) as the best dressed of the day although it was a very hard decision.
