What a fantastic day we had at Hamilton Zoo!We arrived just before 10am and met Ken, one of the zoo educators, who gave us a warm welcome before we headed off to explore.
There was plenty to see, from the rhinos and colourful birds to the very noisy monkeys! The students enjoyed exploring the zoo, learning about the animals and taking in all the sights and sounds around them.
The beautiful weather made it an even more enjoyable day, and although we could have happily stayed longer, everyone made the most of the time we had.
It was wonderful to see our students engaging, exploring, learning and enjoying the experience together. Days like this provide great opportunities to build confidence, practise community skills and create positive memories.
He rā tino pai! — What a great day!
