A brand new event called Hillfest was an epic celebration of the Arts which left students buzzing with excitement. The sun shone down on the event, allowing countless students and staff to enjoy a lunchtime filled with fun activities like Face Painting, Mamas Donuts, Balloon Animals and so many other cool activities. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the entertainment, where Mr Whiting, Mrs Williams, Mrs Binks, and Mr Baker competed in a series of exciting challenges alongside the Head students. The challenges ranged from improvised singing, to dance battles, providing non-stop laughs for everyone. On top of this, students also got to witness some of these unlucky contestants get a bucket of water tipped on their heads!

But that’s not all – the event also gave students the chance to win big, with $500 worth of prizes from businesses such as Hoyts, Bowl and Social, BurgerFuel, and more. Hillfest 2023 was a massive success, and it perfectly set the tone for what we can expect from future Arts events. With such a fantastic turnout and an incredible atmosphere, it’s safe to say that Hillfest 2023 was an unforgettable experience that students and staff alike will be talking about for a long time to come.
