Fabrics class create sensory products

This year our Level 1 Fabrics class set out on a journey to create sensory products for the school’s Physical Assistance Centre.

Working alongside the PAC and getting feedback from them, the students each designed and created a product that appealed to at least two of the senses. Many of them focused on touch so the students used many different types and textures of fabric for the students of the PAC to enjoy. Other students made designs that focused on sound and overall the students worked to create designs that were completed to a high standard for our PAC students. The products were greatly appreciated by the staff and students at the PAC to be used in their Sensory Room.
