On Thursday 19th of June 40 HHS students from Hillcrest High Notes travelled to Tauranga to attend the Big Sing Choral Regional Competition.
They sang 3 songs including Peace Song with words and music by Dorothy Buchanan, Earth Song with words and music by Frank Ticheli and S.O.S with words and music by Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus and Stig Anderson.
A massive thank you to Jayne Tankersley for conducting and working so hard with our choir, Daniel Shin for accompanying the choir on Piano and Kathleen Tay for conduction S.O.S! A fantastic day was had by all.
