Over the past six weeks four Hillcrest Students have been part of the Battle of the Schools event.
Learning or helping their teammates learn to ride the track, gaining their accreditation and preparing to race against other Schools. On Sunday they had their race day. Congrats to Matai Reid, Fletcher Hamilton and Cody Whitford who placed second, being beaten by 1 second in the final against St Peter’s. Also congratulations to Evelyn Brockett who joined a composite team looking very fast out there.
