Annie Downing Yr 10 sets new Round the Bridges Record

It was great to see so many staff and students take part in the 2024 Round the Bridges on the weekend. One highlight was Yr 10 Annie Downing.

Annie ran the 12km in a time of 47.32 which meant she came in 1st place in the Under 20s and 2nd place overall for woman!!

Annie was the only runner in the under 20s, male or female, to place in the 12km in any current records available. This was pretty amazing, especially as she’s just 14!

Also a massive well done to our staff who took on the event, we look forward to seeing more staff participate in 2025.
